Comments by Emily Hamilton MLA, Member for Joondalup:

“I am very aware of the positive work that Djinda Bridiya Wellbeing is doing, particularly the way it uses football to bring people together, and provide opportunities for mentoring and leadership.

“This organisation is also focused on demonstrating what Reconciliation looks like — equality for everyone — and values the links between young and old.

“The new vehicle will remove any barriers that are currently in place for members of our community to come together at Heathridge Park and participate in the variety of programs on offer.”
