Joondalup Sports Association

A re-elected Cook Labor Government will deliver $3 million for major upgrades at the Joondalup Sports Association.

This significant investment will deliver a range of upgrades on-site.

It will include a major expansion of the change room facilities, and in particular will expand the women’s change facilities to cater to the growing participation of women in sport in Joondalup.

Upgrades will also be delivered to the electrical infrastructure and flood lighting on the oval that will enable cricket games and training to be undertaken in the evening.

These important upgrades at the Joondalup Sports Association will enable the Joondalup Districts Cricket Club and Joondalup City Football Club, alongside the Joondalup Bowling Club to accommodate their growing player base - and their rapidly growing womens and girls sides in particular.

The Joondalup Sports Association is one the largest community sporting facilities in Joondalup, and has a large, active and engaged sporting community across a range of codes. This includes soccer, cricket and bowls.
