Community consultation to inform draft legislation on
Voluntary Assisted Dying

The McGowan Government will introduce a Bill into State Parliament later this year to legalise voluntary assisted dying in Western Australia.
This important and sensitive legislation will take into account input from the community.
The public consultation will focus on creating a safe and compassionate framework for voluntary assisted dying.
A feedback session will be held on Friday 12 April 2019, from 10am – 12 noon, at HBF Arena (Premiers Suite), Kennedy Drive, Joondalup.
Sessions will also be held in Maylands, Murdoch, and regional centres. See Department of Health website for details.
