Funding secured for Heathridge BMX Track

$600,000 commitment for new BMX track at Lysander Park in Heathridge

Joondalup MP, Emily Hamilton, has successfully secured a funding commitment of $600,000 from the Cook Government for the development of a new BMX track at Lysander Park in Heathridge.

This significant investment aims to develop a new space for young people to get active and to strengthen community connections within Heathridge and its surrounding areas.

Emily Hamilton MLA actively sought input from local residents and stakeholders through doorknocking the area, newsletters and flyers, as well as providing an opportunity for people to engage at a mobile office at Lysander Park.
