Over $2 million to support the Joondalup Wolves

A re-elected Cook Labor Government will deliver $2 million to the Joondalup Wolves Wolfpack Basketball for major upgrades at Arena Joondalup!

The funding will deliver a range of works, including new grandstand seating and six additional scoreboards to support the rapidly growing basketball family in our northern suburbs.

This will help support more young people to get involved in basketball in the northern suburbs, opening up a world of opportunity for young sports stars in the northern suburbs.

Basketball is becoming one of the fastest growing sports in WA - and only WA Labor will deliver the community infrastructure our local sporting clubs need.

An additional $130,000 will support their community outreach program.

The funding will deliver a vehicle and new equipment that will enable the Joondalup Wolves to expand and extend their community outreach program, connecting more kids from across the northern suburbs with basketball.
