The WA Labor Government is putting patients first, delivering on its election commitment to upgrade and expand the Joondalup Health Campus, with major works underway.
The hospital has one of the busiest emergency departments’ in Australia and is one of the largest hospitals in WA, in one of the fastest growing regions of Australia.
The full expansion of Joondalup Health Campus comprises of; a new 102-bed Mental Health Unit, an expanded Emergency Department, a new 112 bed block in a design to meet future demand, a new theatre, a Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory, upgraded staff facilities, and increased parking.
